Wildly integrating vitamin D causes this picture in the medium term:

FIRST: TAKE THE SUN !!!! EVEN IN WINTER !!!

SECOND: WORK ON THE VDR (receptors) and not on the levels of vitamin D tout court.

HOW ?: avoid external stresses as much as possible (technology)

HOW ?: following our courses of LIGHT TRAINING BASICS-

ESPECIALLY: Forget the dull, linear, and vitamin D gurus

Measure vitamin D and, if necessary, supplement in cycles and never chronically. Chronically perhaps with "normal" dosages it could be an alternative.

If you are an endurance and crossfit athlete (or other stressful impact sport) you might be thinking of more consistent targeted supplements (studies show more important deficiencies in athletes).
