INTRODUCTION: the best known function of VITAMIN D is to promote bone health. Even the gurus know it, and they propose it obsessively and at monster dosages.

On July 28, 2022, the New England Journal of Medicine, considered the most important scientific journal in the world, publishes a very important study on VITAMIN D (for a supplement) and bone health.

The study is a trail "Two by two" controlled, randomized double blind, dicks and decks and triccheballacche… Which also involved the use of omega 3s.

Now comes the big one "expert" that screams ... "BUT IT WAS POCAH! THERE WAS NO KAPPADUEH VITAMIN"...

Little or no little 2000 IU should have made a big difference between the groups.
As for K2, among other things in the exclusive MK-7 form (because it costs very little, exactly like the VITAMIN D cholecalciferol and not for what they boast of the half-life) all this has never been tried ... NEVER!
