Obesity and metabolic disorders represent increasingly significant global public health problems.

Who follows our channel TELEGRAM, has thousands of proofs that even the pandemic farce was driven precisely by this factor that weakens the body and mind.

In a new study, a team of dermatologists evaluated the effect of ultraviolet (UV) exposure on appetite and weight regulation.

They discovered that exposure to UV rays increases norepinephrine levels, decreases leptin levels and induces darkening of subcutaneous fat, thus increasing energy expenditure and, consequently, MITOCHONDRIAL FUNCTION as abundantly explained in both VITAMIN D and MITOCHONDRIAL TRAINING .

These findings potentially pave the way for new approaches to prevent and treat obesity and metabolic disorders. Their findings were reported in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology.

UV radiation is a common environmental factor that has multiple effects on the skin; and the skin is the largest endocrine organ in our body. We have been told for 30-40 years that UV radiation induces harmful effects such as sunburn, photoaging and, even worse, skin cancer (I explained in VITAMIN D that this is all bullshit); however, it is associated with a lot of beneficial effects such as the synthesis of NATURAL AND RISK-FREE vitamin D.

Recent evidence has suggested that UV exposure limits body weight gain in mouse models. Subcutaneous fat is a critical organ in the regulation of energy homeostasis. In addition to previous studies on the effects of UV exposure on obesity and metabolic disorders, the team was inspired by an earlier finding that, although UV radiation does not reach directly the subcutaneous fat when. exposed to the skin, can regulate the metabolism of subcutaneous fat. This led us to hypothesize that skin exposure to UV rays could play a significant role in systemic energy homeostasis and therefore, from these assumptions, the new research started.

It turned out that when constantly exposed to UV radiation (as has been the case for all living things on the planet since the dawn of time), both mice fed a normal diet and those fed a high-fat diet showed an increased appetite due to a decrease in leptin, a key hormone in appetite regulation.

Consider that a lot of food gurus tell us the lie that leptin is regulated by the type of food we ingest, however it is regulated MAINLY by the light we expose ourselves to.

RESISTANCE TO INSULIN AND LIGHT

However there was no weight gain!!!!

They found that UV radiation inhibits weight gain by enhancing secretion of the neurotransmitter norepinephrine, which not only decreases leptin but also increases energy expenditure through the browning of subcutaneous fat.

Increased energy intake (from food), driven by increased appetite, is converted into heat and burned before it can accumulate in subcutaneous fat, thus preventing weight gain.

This research provides new information on the impact of UV exposure on appetite and weight regulation, opening possibilities for new approaches in the prevention and treatment of obesity and metabolic disorders.

Specifically, uncovering the mechanism by which UV radiation prevents weight gain could offer new approaches to diet regulation and weight loss, providing innovative insights into health and obesity management that could have a positive impact on human health.

This study clarifies the mechanism through which UV exposure can increase appetite while inhibiting weight gain. These findings contribute significantly to the understanding of the effects of UV radiation on energy metabolism and homeostasis and open new avenues for exploring prevention and treatment strategies for obesity and metabolic disorders.

In particular, the fact that UV radiation lowers leptin levels and increases norepinephrine, thus promoting the browning of subcutaneous fat and increasing energy expenditure (mitochondrial function), provides an innovative clue for the development of treatment strategies for obesity. This research demonstrates that UV exposure not only affects the skin but also plays a profound role in our body's energy metabolism and homeostasis processes.

DO YOU STILL THINK THAT FOOD IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN NATURAL LIGHT?

CONCLUSIONS.

Think dear friends that, while the "system" and the mainstream incessantly tells you that exposing yourself to the sun is bad for you and that you should therefore avoid it like the plague, USING TOXIC SUNSCREENS and equally TOXIC (AS ENDOCRINE INTERFERENT) SUNGLASSES, have been years and years that we have been working as entrepreneurs investing capital in safe technologies such as NARROW BAND UV PHOTOTHERAPY, used for decades in dermatology but which can be used by everyone for well-being and health and thus compensate for the lack of "SOLAR CHARGE" in our lives.

THE elioslamp-evolutamente PROJECT IS GOING FORWARD WITH SHIPS.

Our MARS (CE MEDICAL) and "INTEGRATED" (and patented) lamps with photobiomodulation (small-large suns in the home), VENUS AND MERCURIUS (CE MEDICAL) (the latter for clinical centers) are very popular all over the world . A few minutes of exposure compensate for the lack of solar charge in our poor life as mice, forced in front of a PC for most of the day.

Not only VITAMIN D, but as just seen, hormonal regulation (all steroid hormones), neurotransmitter, nitric oxide (cardiovascular system), skin health, mood...
