THE LIGHT OF THE SUN MAKES YOU LOSE INDEPENDENTLY FROM THE VALUES OF VITAMIN D.

How is it possible?

The UV light incident on the skin induces the production of NO (nitric oxide) which dilates the blood vessels to allow the porphyrins present in the hemoglobin from the red blood cells to absorb UV photons and oxygen using iron as the transition metal (less cardiovascular disease). The increased blood flow provides more photonic power than sunlight and oxygen to our tissues; this way our mitochondria don't need to work so "hard" to produce energy for our cells and produce free radicals as a byproduct of oxidative phosphorylation (using too much food for energy).

UV light on the skin releases leptin from our fat cells and when leptin binds to its receptor in the hypothalamus, it activates the anorectic neuron POMC (proopiomelanocortin). This sends a signal to the brain that induces a reduction in the sense of hunger. As if that weren't enough, it also increases the metabolic rate and that's how we lose weight.

CONCLUSIONS:
