SLEEP AND EARTHING

Sleeping "grounded" improves muscle recovery in healthy young people who train.
Both as a perception of fatigue, as a performance and as a blood analysis of some parameters related to muscle recovery.
Study published in my favorite science journal.
Earthing is one of the simplest practices to implement with low-cost devices even at home.
