And it is incredible that even today in 2018 there are studies on the subject.

The (excess) protein can eventually further damage already damaged kidneys! But never the kidneys of healthy people.

In 2018 published a clinical trail (1) and even a review (2) on the hot topic.
We had published others in the past in our beloved blog (3)

In both it is shown that an "excess" of proteins even improve kidney function, at least in the medium term!

Yet if you talk to a doctor, he obsessively and compulsively continues to warn you about protein. This is because the brainwashing starts exactly with them.
