CLEAR LENSES (TRANSPARENT)

The clear lenses are designed for daytime use if you are indoors with the artificial lights on. Clear lenses are ideal for people exposed to artificial lighting during the day. This could be office workers, nurses, doctors or even people who work at home such as housewives. Artificial lighting, especially blue light, is emitted by digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops or televisions during the day. Blue light is also emitted from LED or fluorescent lights.

This blue light damages the eyes leaving permanent damage over time. It also causes headaches, migraines and dry eyes. Clear lenses filter out the dangerous blue light that passes through our retina and causes permanent eye damage. Our clear lens that reduces blue light peaks from 400-495nm.

We also recommend them to anyone who is a graphic designer, loves going to the cinema or simply doesn't want to be asked too many questions about why they wear colored glasses. In fact they are glasses identical to eyeglasses. They reduce blue light between 30 and 35%.

YELLOW LENSES

Yellow lenses are always designed for use during the day and are the real novelty we have introduced WORLDWIDE. Yellow lenses are ideal for people with already damaged eyes or with pathologies (cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma ...); migraine sufferers or those who are intensively exposed to or are very sensitive to artificial lighting. But above all they are indicated for those with chronic diseases and who need to have a more marked and incisive cortisol control.

The red lenses block all blue and green light from 400 to 550 nm. Some studies have recently emerged showing that green light up to 550 nm (and beyond) can still suppress melatonin production as much as the blue spectrum. These lenses also completely block green light!

These lenses should be worn 2 hours before sleeping and then adjust over time according to the sensations, lengthening or shortening the times.

As you can see, the thing is quite simple!

In general, if you are well and have no particular problems and just want to improve energy and clarity, the ideal is: buy 2 pairs of glasses: clear (to wear at work and at home during the day), the second pair in red to wear 2-3 hours before bedtime.

If, on the other hand, you have some more serious problems than insomnia, migraines, hormonal changes… Then the ideal is: yellow lens during the day and the red model in the evening, before sleeping.
