If you eat an adequate diet rich in animal proteins (at least 2 grams per kg of body weight for those who train intensely), the use of BCAAs could be a waste.

In this study they say that 1,2 gr is enough. per kg of body weight of (noble) protein in the diet. (1)
(study just published).
So if you follow a diet according to nature you could waste them.
Additionally, BCAAs can inhibit serotonin, the feel-good hormone / neurotransmitter. (2)
Even if it is a study in rats it should be sobering.
Now I'm not saying not to use them but maybe it would be better to do it in cycles or occasionally for more demanding workouts.
