LACTIC ACID – REALLY A PROBLEM?

We have seen a plethora of studies commented on in the last year on our channel TELEGRAM of how lactate, considered by most experts, is a waste by-product of human energy metabolism, and how it is CRUCIAL to "train" it because it is the preferred fuel for our mitochondria and can prevent-reverse all chronic inflammatory diseases.

Today we're talking about LACTIC ACID. In my book MITOCHONDRIAL TRAINING, I explain what the differences are between the two molecules.

Lactic acid, much better known to the general public than lactate, but above all confused with practically all the possible and imaginable ailments of athletes...
Even confused as the primary cause of post-workout muscle soreness.

HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THE PHRASE: I HAVE LACTIC ACID IN MY LEGS? THAT'S THE MOST IDIOTIC THING YOU CAN SAY.

But AMAZINGLY considered a waste byproduct of our energy system as molecules FUNDAMENTALS like the LACTATE or LUMISTEROL (for the biochemistry of VITAMIN D). REALLY PAINFUL.

We are in 2024, there is a lot of talk about “HUMAN SCIENCE” on TV, but this is still very far from being fully understood. Indeed... Even confused and confusion, as we know, risks creating further problems.

A study to say the least has been published in recent days: RESOUNDING and that reevaluates TOTALLY the role HEALTHY fundamental ofLACTIC ACID in our organism.

•Lactic acid is metabolized by macrophages to fuel the KREBS cycle (TCA cycle). OR THE ENERGY SYSTEM!!!!!

BUT NOT ENOUGH!

•Production of citrate from lactic acid promotes acetylation of histone H3K27
•Acetylation of histones by lactic acid leads to immunosuppressive gene expression
•Expression of Nr4a1 facilitates lactic acid to develop long-term immunosuppression

(let's forget about "histone" and "expression" which is not the place here and I'm not a biochemist either...)…

These findings therefore indicate that lactic acid sensing and its effect on chromatin remodeling in macrophages represent a key homeostatic mechanism that may provide a tolerogenic tissue microenvironment.

Chromatin it is the substance that forms the cellular nucleus of eukaryotic organisms during the functional phase of the cell (interphase). It is made up of DNA associated with basic proteins called histones, acidic proteins and RNA.

Macrophages, play a very important role in natural and specific immune responses. Their main function is phagocytosis, that is, the ability to incorporate foreign particles, including microorganisms, into their cytoplasm and destroy them. They also secrete cytokines with proinflammatory activity and present antigen to helper T lymphocytes.

MY COMMENT:

In a nutshell friends, when you start to feel pain, discomfort, inflammatory diseases... It is completely useless for you to look for magical cures, wild and very expensive integrations; ridiculous diets that at most make you feel better for a more or less long period... It is useless for you to rely on the expert VITAMIN D at high doses (CHEMICAL immunosuppressant), practically everything is useless...

The only thing you can do is the following: GO BACK TO LIVING ACCORDING TO NATURE...
